In order to improve quality of customer care services, management of factory for lease, since the beginning of August 2017, JSC held training course of ISO 9001:2015 for staff, built document management process system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. To the beginning of Feb 2018, JSC received ISO certification – accredited by UKAS.
With the implementation of ISO processes for management of current affairs, JSC hoped gradually to achive following results:
- High appreciation the service quality from customers;
- High appreciation the quality of the infrastructure of factory;
- Minimization of risks in factory operation processes;
- Improvement the management efficiency, minimization inquiries of renting factory customers;
- Systemization working processes in one department, among departments;
Continuously and steadily maintaing ISO management system would be able to create “habits” for efficient working management for JSC staff – the prequisite for implementation of the ISO standard in the current leasing factory field as well as expanding projects in the future.
