Tin Nghia corporation grassroots trade union congress: determined to successfully implement the resolution of the term 2023 – 2028

Towards welcoming the 11^th Dong Nai Trade Union Congress, term 2023-2028; Pursuant to the Plan No. 193/KH-LĐLĐ dated April 28, 2022 of the Dong Nai Confederation of Labour on organizing the Trade Union Congresses at all levels, towards the 11^th Dong Nai Trade Union Congress, term 2023 – 2028 and the Plan No. 30/KH-CĐCS dated August 1, 2022 on organizing the 10^th Tin Nghia Corporation grassroots Trade Union Congress, term 2023-2028; The 10^th Congress of Tin Nghia Corporation Grassroots Trade Union, term 2023 – 2028 was officially opened on May 18, 2023.

Attending the Congress were Mrs. Bui Thi Nhan, Permanent Vice President of Dong Nai Labour Confederation, members of Standing Committee, Executive Committee of Provincial Labour Confederation; Mr. Nguyen Van Lieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Tin Nghia Corporation Party Committee, members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Party member, Deputy General Director, Board of Directors of subsidiaries and 136 delegates representing 14  garssroots trade unions member.

In the congress, participants listened to and discussed the Report of the Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union on the performance of the term 2017-2023  and the operation orientation of the term 2023-2028; Reviews report of the 9^th Grassroots trade union Executive Committee; Contributing opinions on amendments and supplements to the Trade Union Charter and Political Report of the 11^th Dong Nai Trade Union Congress, term 2023-2028. Through the meetings of the Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union, the Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union member, there has many opinions to contribute to the Report of the Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union. With a high sense of responsibility, the Congress agreed 100% of the presented reports.

The Congress elected the 10^th Grassroots Trade Union’s Executive Committee for the term 2023 – 2028, including 15 qualified and capable members:

1. Mrs. Ngo Thi Hong Chau – President of Grassroots Trade Union

2. Mr. Le Dinh Son – Vice President of Grassroots Trade Union

3. Mrs. Duong Thi Minh Hong – Standing Committee member, Chairman of Inspection Committee

4. Mrs. Le Nguyen Diem Hang – Standing Committee member

5. Mrs. Phan Thi Tu Nhi – Standing Committee member

6. Mrs. Tran Thi Quynh Tam – Executive Committee member

7. Mrs. Nguyen Thị Minh Thuy – Executive Committee member

8. Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hue – Executive Committee member

9. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Minh – Executive Committee member

10. Mrs. Nguyen Thi Lan Huong – Executive Committee member

11. Mrs. Nguyen Thị Hong – Executive Committee member

12. Mr. Nguyen Hong Thai – Executive Committee member

13. Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu – Executive Committee member

14. Mrs. Phan Thi Loi – Executive Committee member

15. Mrs. Nguyen Thi My Hanh – Executive Committee member.

The Congress also elected 07 delegates to meet the requirements and standards to attend the 11^th Dong Nai Trade Union Congress, term 2023 – 2028:

The Congress received opinions and directions from Ms. Bui Thi Nhan, Standing Vice President of Dong Nai Labour Confederation and Mr. Nguyen Van Lieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of Tin Nghia Corporation Party Committee. The Congress would like to thank the members of the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee of the Corporation Party Committee, the Board of Directors, the Board of Management of the Corporation, the representatives of the Veterans Association, the Youth Union for their interested, supported and created all favorable conditions in the process of preparing to hold the congress. The Congress thank the service staff for their enthusiastic and responsible work, contributing to the success of the congress.

The Congress voted and adopted the Resolution of the Congress, term of 2023 – 2028 with 7 targets according to the tasks of the Trade Union, 6 targets for the  Trade Union to participate in implementation and 6 tasks, solutions with high consensus  of the delegates. The Congress believes that under the leadership of Tin Nghia Corporation Party Committee, the direction of Dong Nai Labour Confederation, the attention and facilitation of the members of the Board of Directors of Tin Nghia Corporation, The close coordination with the Youth Union, the Veterans Association and especially the determination of the union members, employees, Tin Nghia Corporation Grassroots Trade Union will successfully implement the Resolution of the term 2023-2028 set out.
