Prof. Dr. Tran Ngoc Tho is a lecturer of Finance and Banking and a member of the National Monetary and Financial Policy Advisory Council. He was trusted to be a B.O.D independent member of Tin Nghia Corporation in the first term (2016-2021) since June 2020 and he was re-elected as BOD member for the second term (2021-2026).
