Bau Xeo Industrial Park – Service centre
The service centre of Bau Xeo Industrial Park is planned in Trang Bom ward, Dong Nai city with the area of 38.53ha, next to Bau Xeo Industrial Park, on the route to Long Thanh International Airport.
Aimed at constructing a modern project- based on appropriate standards, synchronous both of technical and social infrastructure, meeting both immediate and long-term urban development planning requirements, the project will include various housing types such as villas, townhouses, apartment complexes for workers, as well as service facilities including commercial and service centers, restaurants and hotels, a general clinic, vocational training schools, kindergartens, cultural houses and more. The project is envisioned as a miniature urban township closely connected to the center of Trang Bom ward, contributing to the acceleration of local economic restructuring, the improvement of residents’ living standards, and the urbanization process of Dong Nai city.
In addition to meeting the housing needs of the local community and providing accommodation for workers and experts working at Bau Xeo Industrial Park and neighboring industrial parks, the Bau Xeo Industrial Park Service Center also serves as an ideal destination for recreation, entertainment, healthcare services, and vocational training for residents
The project commenced in 2013 and is expected to be completed in 2028, including the following phases:
– Phase 1 (2013 – 2017): Completion of investment procedures, site clearance, construction of primary technical infrastructure systems, and development of several subdivision areas.
– Phase 2 (2017 – 2019): Completion of technical infrastructure systems for the subdivision areas.
– Phase 3 (2019 – February 2028): Completion of the overall technical infrastructure system, construction and completion of residential housing projects, and development of social infrastructure facilities.
