esc_admin2026-05-29T07:40:16+07:00- The East Saigon Urban Area Project covers a total area of 942 hectares and is strategically located in the center of Nhon Trach New Urban Area, Nhon Trach Ward, Dong Nai City – the eastern gateway to Ho Chi Minh City. The project was master planned by two renowned consulting firms: Ubiz of Hong Kong and EDAW/AECOM of the United States.
East Saigon City possesses outstanding transportation advantages thanks to its location along two main arterial roads of Nhon Trach: Ton Duc Thang Street (Road 25B), 80 meters wide, connecting to National Highway 51; and Nguyen Ai Quoc Street (Road 25C), 100 meters wide, leading directly to Long Thanh International Airport. The project is also adjacent to Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road No. 3, 120 meters wide, connecting to the Ho Chi Minh City – Long Thanh – Dau Giay Expressway via District 9 Bridge to the north and the Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway to the south.
An elevated metro line is planned to pass through the project’s central commercial district (along Ring Road No. 3 and Road 25B), providing highly convenient access to the center of Ho Chi Minh City.
With a planned population of over 150,000 residents, East Saigon City is oriented toward the development of a modern, green, and model urban township. The project promises to provide residents with an ideal living environment featuring comprehensive and modern amenities.
– The project: started in August 2009, first phase deployment: infrastructure investment on the area of about 567ha.
– The project completed infrastructure construction of 2 sections:
+ Phu Thinh 1 Section: 20ha, 143 units with 3 types: 600 m2 villas (30m x 20m), 300 m2 villas (15m x 20m), 175 m2 townhouses (7m x 25m). The facilities are school, sport center and park.
The project has basically completed its commercial development phase and residents have already moved in and settled.
+ Phu Thinh 2 Section: 16.9ha, with 444 units of townhouses (6m x 19m). The facilities are park and 3 other green landscape areas.
– The project will continue to deploy 1A and 1B section’s infrastructures on the area of 100ha.
– Phu 1A and 1B cover a total area of approximately 100 hectares. Under the brand name “SWANPARK,” the developer has completed 710 out of 800 townhouses and villas in 1A, and 360 out of 360 resort villas in 1B. To date, 710 units have been handed over to customers.
– East Saigon City is located at the center of Nhon Trach new urban area, western gateway of Ho Chi Minh City.
– East Saigon City is dominant in terms of traffic due to its’ convenient location easily accesses to main, important transport routes to southern key areas and seaports, airports:
+ Next to HCM City’s No.3 Ring Road which connects to 2 expressways in the north and south of the project.
Has been officially opened to traffic and put into operation.
+ 6km to HCM City – Long Thanh – Dau Giay Expressway in the north
(Has been put into operation).
+ 4km to Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway in the south
+ 12km to Bien Hoa – Vung Tau Expressway in the east (Has been put into operation).
+ Near Cat Lai, Phuoc An, Phu My, Cai Mep Seaport
+ Next to 25C Route (Nguyen Ai Quoc) Route, connecting directly to Long Thanh International Airport;
+ Bordering the entirety of Road 25B (Ton Duc Thang Street), the main arterial route of Nhon Trach Ward center. An elevated railway line is also planned for development along the route.
