TIN NGHIA CORPORATION ORGANIZES THE 2025 EMPLOYEE DELEGATE CONFERENCE

On April 24, 2025, Tin Nghia Corporation organized the 2025 Employees’ Delegate Conference at the Head Office Hall, with two online connections to Tin Nghia Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company and Nhon Trach Investment Joint Stock Company. The conference welcomed 88 delegates, representing 1,159 officials, employees, and workers across the Corporation.

At the conference, delegates heard reports presented by representatives of the Executive Board and the grassroots Trade Union, including the 2024 business and production results, the anticipated challenges, and the 2025 business plan with key solutions to achieve major targets. Reports were also presented on the implementation of workplace democracy regulations in accordance with Decree No. 145/2020/ND-CP dated December 14, 2020, by the Government; a summary of employee feedback from grassroots-level conferences; and the draft amendments and supplements to the Collective Labor Agreement based on negotiation outcomes between the employer and employees.

Giving a directive speech at the conference, the Chief Executive Officer of the corporation clearly outlined the development direction for 2025, while also specifically analyzing the existing shortcomings and limitations that need to be addressed promptly. He requested that departments promote a spirit of proactivity, creativity, and synchronized coordination, focusing on reviewing, evaluating, and developing plans for the effective utilization of assets that have not yet been put into operation. This aims to maximize the utilization of existing resources, contributing to the comprehensive achievement of all goals and tasks according to the 2025 business plan.

The 2025 Tin Nghia Corporation Employees’ Delegate Conference unanimously approved the contents presented by the Board of Directors and the grassroots Trade Union. The Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation, representing the employer, together with the Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union, representing the employees, signed the 2025 Collective Labor Agreement.

Upholding the spirit of democracy, unity, and responsibility, the conference called upon all officials, employees, and workers across the Corporation to actively participate in the emulation movements launched by the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union. This collective effort aims to successfully fulfill the Resolution of the 2025 Employees’ Congress, laying a solid foundation for Tin Nghia Corporation’s sustainable development in the upcoming period.
