TRADE UNION OF TIN NGHIA CORPORATION: 11TH CONGRESS, TERM 2025–2030

On December 5, 2025, the 11th Congress of the Grassroots Trade Union of Tin Nghia Corporation for the 2025–2030 term successfully completed all proposed contents and agenda. Attending and directing the Congress were Ms. Bui Thi Bich Thuy – Standing Vice President of the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor, and Mr. Nguyen Cao Nhon – Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Inspection Commission of the Party Committee of Tin Nghia Corporation, Member of the Board of Directors, and Deputy General Director of the Corporation.

The Congress pooled collective wisdom to comprehensively assess the performance of the 10th-term Trade Union (2023–2025); set out directions, objectives, tasks, and solutions for the 2025–2030 term; and review the leadership and guidance of the Executive Committee of the 10th-term Grassroots Trade Union. It also unanimously approved the Political Report of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor to be submitted to the 1st Congress of the Dong Nai Provincial Trade Union for the 2025–2030 term.

With a high sense of responsibility, the Congress elected 12 qualified members to the Executive Committee of the 11th-term Grassroots Trade Union (2025–2030). It also elected one official delegate to represent union members at the 1st Congress of the Dong Nai Provincial Trade Union for the 2025–2030 term, in accordance with prescribed standards and requirements.

The Congress adopted the Resolution for the 2025–2030 term with a high level of consensus, including seven specific targets for Trade Union activities, six targets aligned with professional operations, and seven groups of tasks and solutions. The Congress firmly believes that, under the close leadership of the Party Committee of Tin Nghia Corporation, the direct guidance of the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor, the support of the Corporation’s leadership, the close coordination with the Youth Union and the Veterans Association, and especially the strong determination of union officials, members, and employees, the Grassroots Trade Union of Tin Nghia Corporation will successfully implement the Resolution of the 2025–2030 term.

The Congress respectfully expressed its appreciation for and duly received the directive remarks delivered by Ms. Bui Thi Bich Thuy and Mr. Nguyen Cao Nhon, which will be incorporated into the Congress documents and translated into the Resolution as guiding principles for activities in the new term.
