GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY OF BUILDING SOCIAL HOUSING TO SERVE WORKERS
“Thong Nhat Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Block CC5 social housing project to serve workers at Bau Xeo IP Service Centre, Trang Bom district, Dong Nai province, on December 18, 2023”
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Hong Linh – Secretary of Dong Nai Province Party Committee, Mr. Vo Tan Duc – Acting Chairman of Dong Nai Province People’s Committee, Mr. Cao Van Quang – Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Dong Nai province, Mr. Dao Van Phuoc – Head of the Organizing Committee of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, Pham Xuan Ha – Head of the Propaganda Department of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Le Tuan Anh – Secretary of Trang Bom District Party Committee, Mr. Ho Van Ha – Director of Dong Nai Department of Construction, Mrs. Dang Thi Thanh Ha – B.O.D Chairwoman of Tin Nghia Corporation, Mr. Nguyen Van Thang – Chairman of the members’ council of Dong Nai Rubber Corporation and Board of Directors of Thong Nhat Joint Stock Company.
Thong Nhat Joint Stock Company has been trusted by the People’s Committee of Dong Nai province to develop a social housing project at Bau Xeo Industrial Park Service Center. The project is designed and built with new construction technology, ensuring optimal flexibility during use, with full surrounding amenities but low construction costs, suitable for low-income workers.
This is the second block in the project including 06 blocks with a planned area of 20,450 m2 to serve workers. The project will meet the housing needs of thousands of workers living and working in Trang Bom district. This is an especially important project, affirming the companionship and sustainable development of Thong Nhat Joint Stock Company with the general development of Trang Bom district in particular and Dong Nai province in general.
Speaking at the ceremony, Acting Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Mr. Vo Tan Duc praised the efforts of the project investor for coordinating with departments, branches and localities to complete legal procedures, adjust the design to suit the needs of workers and start the project soon. After the groundbreaking ceremony, the investor, construction unit and design consultant continued to coordinate to implement the project on schedule. At the same time, the company quickly completed procedures to soon begin construction of the remaining apartment blocks.
