TIN NGHIA CORPORATION ORGANIZES THE 2026 EMPLOYEES REPRESENTATIVES CONFERENCE
On June 19, 2026, Tin Nghia Corporation organized the 2026 Employee Representatives Conference at the Corporation’s Head Office Hall, simultaneously connecting online with two broadcasting points at Tin Nghia Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company and Nhon Trach Investment Joint Stock Company. The conference was attended by 90 delegates, representing 990 staff and employees across the entire Corporation.
At the Conference, delegates heard presentations from representatives of the Board of Management and the grassroots Trade Union on the results of production and business activities in 2025; the advantages, difficulties, and challenges in the operation process; the production and business plan for 2026, along with key solutions to achieve the main targets. The Conference also heard a report on the implementation of the Regulations on Democracy at the Workplace according to Government Decree No. 145/2020/ND-CP dated December 14, 2020; a summary report of employee opinions at the grassroots-level employee conference; and a draft amendment and supplement to the Collective Labor Agreement based on the results of negotiations between the employer and employees.
With a spirit of democracy, openness, and responsibility, delegates actively participated in discussions and contributed many passionate opinions to protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees. Many practical topics received attention, such as retirement allowances, lunch allowances, and post-natal care support for female employees, as well as solutions to improve working conditions and care for both the material and spiritual lives of workers. The comments and recommendations from delegates were acknowledged, explained, and clarified by the Board of Management and the grassroots Trade Union, demonstrating the deep concern of the Corporation’s leadership for employees, thereby reaffirming the role of the Employees’ Conference as an important forum for workers to directly participate in building the enterprise.
The 2026 Employees’ Representatives Conference of Tin Nghia Corporation unanimously approved the contents presented by the Board of Management and the grassroots Trade Union. Mr. Nguyen Cao Nhon – Deputy General Director of the Corporation, representing the employer, and Ms. Ngo Thi Hong Chau – Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union, representing the employees, signed the Collective Labor Agreement for 2026, continuing to lay the foundation for building a harmonious, stable, progressive, and sustainable working environment.
To promote the spirit of democracy, solidarity and responsibility, the Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union launched the 2026 emulation campaign, calling on all officials, workers and employees throughout the system to actively participate in the emulation movements launched by the Board of Management and the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union; striving to excellently complete assigned tasks, improve labor productivity, business efficiency, and work quality.
The conference acknowledged the high unity and determination of all officials, workers, and employees regarding the 2026 production and business goals, tasks and solutions. The consensus between employees and the Board of Management not only demonstrates confidence in the development orientation of the Corporation but also creates a strong motivation for the entire system to work together and overcome difficulties, successfully achieve the emulation targets and the 2026 production and business plan, contributing to building Tin Nghia Corporation into an increasingly sustainably developing, efficient and prosperous corporation.
