TIN NGHIA CORPORATION PARTY COMMITTEE HOLDS 7TH PARTY CONGRESS FOR THE 2025–2030 TERM
On June 19, 2025, the Party Committee of Tin Nghia Corporation—under the Party Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee—successfully held its 7th Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term. The event took place in a solemn, democratic, and responsible atmosphere, with 138 delegates representing 277 Party members from 13 affiliated grassroots Party cells.
Attending and providing guidance at the Congress were Mr. Duong Minh Dung – Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee, and Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee; and Mr. Nguyen Van Dung – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee.
During the Congress, delegates discussed and contributed ideas to the political report and the self-assessment report of the Party Executive Committee for the 2020–2025 term. They also offered feedback on the draft documents for the 14th National Party Congress.
The political report highlighted that, over the 2020–2025 term, the Party Committee of Tin Nghia Corporation demonstrated strong leadership, working hand in hand with its subordinate Party cells to overcome challenges and achieve key goals. Notably, 5 out of 6 business targets were met or exceeded, and 4 out of 5 targets in Party building efforts surpassed expectations. Mass organizations also expanded their activities more deeply at the grassroots level, closely aligned with the corporation’s political and operational objectives. The Congress reached consensus on the strategic directions, objectives, and core targets for the 2025–2030 term.
In his keynote remarks, Mr. Duong Minh Dung commended the Party Committee, officials, Party members, and employees of Tin Nghia Corporation for their achievements in the previous term. He emphasized the important role state-owned enterprises play in leading the province’s economic development. To fulfill the goals set out in this new term, he called on the Party Committee to build on past successes, continue innovating governance models, boost labor productivity, and apply advanced technology in operations. He also stressed the need to strengthen political and ideological education, foster patriotism, promote national unity, and inspire a collective aspiration for a prosperous and happy Vietnam.
With a strong sense of democracy and responsibility, the Congress elected a new Party Executive Committee for the 2025–2030 term, consisting of 14 members. Ms. Dang Thi Thanh Ha – Member of the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, and current Party Secretary – was re-elected as the Party Secretary for the new term.
